but we still need to have clickable URLs (that in messages from others). Also for me long messages are too long to display correct on the display. Is it possible to make the message display part resizable?

Yea, about that clickable urls… I have no idea how to implement this at the moment, but I promise I’ll look into this asap.
Hm.. I’m aware of this issue(too long messages not displayed) if user has a bigger font. And I think I just got the idea how to fix this Anyone getting this stupid bug where sometimes the data is filled with the same entry ?
I’m not sure what’s happening there, but I think it’s not my code, but some kind of bug in mono or gtk-sharp or something… -

yeah i got this today 2-3 times on my desktop (ubuntu edgy) and getting it over and over on the laptop (ubuntu feisty).
It’s always the last message from the list which get’s shown only. After a refresh everything works but only for a few minutes. -
This issue has been fixed, it’s in svn.
New bugfix release will be out next week probably. -

I tried compiling gtwitter in Debian/Sid, but compilation failed with:
